PECA Portal Terms
These terms describe how you may use the PECA Trust Portal client and member workspaces. They are provided as a structured policy container while final production legal language is completed.

Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the PECA Trust Portal, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with these terms.
If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the portal.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
Provide accurate information during registration and trust intake. Notify PECA if your contact information changes.
Portal services
The portal supports trust education, trust creation intake, attorney-reviewed workflows, payments, and secure document delivery.
PECA may update portal features, workflows, and availability as services evolve. Final legal terms will describe service scope in greater detail.
Communications and notices
PECA may send service-related notices to the email address associated with your account.
You agree to review important notices regarding your trust matter, payments, and document delivery.
Acceptable use
Use the portal only for lawful estate planning and trust administration purposes.
Do not attempt to access another person's account, interfere with platform security, or misuse uploaded documents.
Changes to these terms
PECA may revise these terms as the portal matures. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date.
Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms unless otherwise stated in the final production policy.
